Welcome to Healing and Transformation!

Liliana Tackett founded Tulips and Stuffies Therapy PLLC, to provide mental health therapy to children, women and families in the city of Kirkland and throughout WA state, to heal and shift their mindset. Clients walk away living an authentic, transformed, joyful and connected life.

Liliana specializes in treating Anxiety, ADHD and Trauma. She is skilled in integrating Christian faith into the work of psychotherapy for those who prefer this.

You might be feeling “not good enough” and alone in your journey. Others might think that you are okay because you can hold it together. And I believe you can. But I believe you can also live a life free of shame, perfectionism, anxiety and distraction.

“Shame is that warm feeling that washes over us, making us feel small, flawed, and never good enough…If you put shame in a petri dish, it needs three ingredients to grow exponentially: secrecy, silence, and judgment. If you put the same amount of shame in the petri dish and douse it with empathy, it can't survive”

-Brené Brown.

Benefits of Online Therapy
I don't put therapy in a “box.” Therapy can happen where you are. You can skip the traffic and instead choose to meet me remotely during your lunch break (I don't mind at all if you are eating during our meeting), when your dependents are taking a nap or have them at your lap if it's not too distracting. It's also beneficial if you have limited childcare options. If it's therapy for your child, I encourage you to schedule a free consultation call to discuss your goals, your child's needs and come up with a plan to see if online therapy or in-person meeting would be best.
